  1. Information We Collect

    1. Information Collected Upon Registration. When you create or reconfigure an account with Cyphlens, you provide some personal information, including, but not limited to name and email address. Additional residential and/or business information such as address, state and zip code may also be collected. Some of this information, for example, your name and username, may be listed on our Services, including on your profile page and in search results. Some Services, such as search and viewing public user profiles, may not require registration.

    2. Account Information. This includes at least your username, and email address.

    3. Network Performance & Usage Information. This tells us how you use our network, our products and our services, and how well our equipment and network is performing;

    4. Geolocation. We may collect your location through GPS, Wi-Fi, or wireless network triangulation to provide our Service and further secure your account. We may use geolocation data to build a history of occurrences of observed events to bring the most relevant information to you.

If not already done earlier, we will either delete Log Data or remove any common account identifiers, such as your username, full IP address, or email address, after 18 months.

Cyphlens may use a variety of third-party services to help provide our Services, such as hosting our website(s), and to help us understanding the use of our Services, such as Google Analytics.     1. No Sale of Personal Information. We do not sell your Personal Information to anyone for any purpose.

    2. Retention of Personal Information. We keep your Personal Information in our records for as long as you use our Services or until it is no longer needed for business, tax, or legal purposes.

    3. Security Measures. We keep your information secure by using encryption, state-of-the-art security controls, and by following industry security best practices.

  6. Modifying Your Personal Information

    1. Access and Modification. If you are a registered user of our Services, we may provide you with the tools and account settings necessary to access or modify the personal information associated with your account and provided by you.

    2. Deleting Your Account. You may delete your account permanently via the settings page of our application installed on your mobile device. Just deleting our application from your mobile device will NOT delete your account. By deleting your account, you acknowledge that you will lose access to all of your documents, messages, photos, and data secured by our Services with no way to recover them.

  7. Children's Privacy

    1. Policy for Children. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 unless authorized or with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.

  8. Your Choices & Controls

    1. Marketing & Analytics Reports. You may control whether or not your anonymous information is used in our External Marketing & Analytics Reports.

    2. Marketing Communications. You may choose whether or not to receive marketing calls, emails, or text messages from us.

    3. Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI). You may have a choice on how we use your Customer Proprietary Network Information.
